Fining buy and sell groups on Facebook

So I have heard that there are childrens buy and sell groups on Facebook but I have no idea how to go about finding them. I have seen some on friends profiles but they live miles away from me - Does anyone know how you find local ones? Thanks x

I have just bought stuff from one actually (I live in south east) if u type in the search box where u wud type a friends name to find them baby items in (wherever u live) it might come up or type in the area u live in the box then things relating to that area will come up. I just got 2 black sacks worth of stuff some brand new with tags for £40. If u do want to buy something on these sites make sure that u can pick up the items and pay when u collect as there has been quite a few instances on sites like tht where the person selling wants u to pay via paypal and then doesn't release the goods, the girl I got mine from was really gd and let me go round and pick out what I wanted from the items she had, will def be doing it more often. x

Also the NCT hold nearly new sales which are excellent and always very busy with both buyers and sellers. You have to get there early though as they get very busy. Search on google for Nearly new sale, there is bound to be one in your area.
