Significant other had pancreatitis. Very painful. Broth & jello. He did eat a bit of yogurt, too. Keep us updated.

This is my 3rd time having it since November 2024. Been admitted into hospital twice now And had three mini flare up at home since last discharge end of Feb 2025. Food seems to be a trigger. Docs don't know the cause for the pancreatitis so might need to be referred to the pancreas team for further tests

It's so painfull

I hope that they are able to help you, JosieH90 , and that you are able to specifically know which food is a trigger. Let us know what they discover, if you can. πŸ™

Thank you and i will do. I have an appointment with my consultant end of April so just hoping between now and then i don't have any more flare up. I'm having to stick to very bland simple food like chicken Jacket potato.toast etc. but it's worth it if i don't have pain

I understand all too well how food affects us, JosieH90 . I am lactose intolerant, and suffer from a gluten sensitivity. Food is medicine but can also be poisonous. I wish you relief soon! πŸ€—

Has your dr told you to keep a food journal of what you eat and what could be a trigger? Hope the specility team can help. Keep us updated when you can.

No the docs haven't said anything they have kind of left me hanging. I get admitted to hospital they give me IV fluids and get my pain under control and then discharge me with no follow up info
