I'm sorry 😞 We caught something, with different symptoms in everyone, but the feeling better and then being smacked down again has been the same 😵‍💫 I made a coconut soup over and over for 2 weeks.

Coconut soup sounds interesting & good. Has healing properties & healing too! Do you share the recipe?

I loved it! It's going to be my go to for any cold from now on. I have a few cans of coconut cream and boxes of bone broth in the pantry just in case.

Mine is ketogenic, so I used coconut cream and chicken or beef bone broth for the base. You can use coconut milk, add sugar, use regular soy sauce, or make it vegetarian. I needed some protein and didn't want to chew anything. Store bought bone broths have no flavor IMO, so I added bullion and more salt.

Chicken: chicken bullion, lemongrass paste, lime juice, salt, ginger paste, fish sauce, tamari sauce. I got lazy and just used broth, coconut cream, and lemongrass paste, which was also delicious.

Beef: Korean chili paste, salt and beef bullion. Add enough heat to clear out sinuses 🤣 Also good with or without the lemongrass paste, ginger, etc.

If I wanted to do this better, I would make my own broth and can it. If you create a version of coconut soup you like, please let me know!
