I have been taking melatonin for years and wearing a Fitbit which supposedly gives your quality of sleep. I can tell you that the nights when I forget to take it I get less of a good nights sleep .Unfortunately it is not a miracle worker… Lol

It is useful ,you information, thanks

. I sleep well.

Only I have a little of diarrhea with rebif 44 sometimes, maybe because of the cold at home opening windows in the morning, or maybe because of Kéfir which is a little acid for the stomach. For me the yougourt is always well.

Somebody has had second effects of diarrhea with the tratament rebif 44?

Melatonin is great as a sleep aide. But I got tired of the crazy dreams, like me & Janet Reno floating down a river on a raft, or fifty other RANDOM dreams. I might give it another try, though.

Janet Reno!!? That's too funny! Most of my dreams are quite mundane, but occasionally I have dreams in vivid color, which I love.
