Hi everyone haven’t been around for a while so just checking in. I’m still kicking just not as hard, but moving forward. Had a good fall Wednesday night before thanksgiving and ended up at hospital. Had a ct scan on right hip and was negative 🙏 but have a 5” wide hematoma from top of hip to knee so watching for blood clots. I was already scheduled for hyperbaric therapy starting last Monday for other problems, but it’s helping with hematoma 🤞🏼. I do two hours a day for the rest of the month 🙏. Rozy is doing well and just had her haircut Friday, beautiful as usual 🥰. Hope everyone is doing well and take care 👍🏼🙏😉

So happy to hear from you and that you are still ‘kicking’, Kenu . Rozy is adorable! You have gone through a lot of medical stuff since Thanksgiving and it’s only been a week. The holidays are always a challenging time of the year. I hope that you are able to recover from your hematoma with all that you are doing. 🙏

Sorry about your fall. I hope you heal fast.

I've done hyperbaric therapy before. It helped with cog fog and healed a cut on my foot very quickly. My gait improved as well. I also watched many movies.Pretty relaxing.

The most unusual thing was being trapped in there with this song:

My hub asked the nurse to pipe that in over the speaker as I laid there unable to escape! I could see them laughing!

About 40-50 years ago a New York magazine (I can't remember which one) used to have a feature where you would change a song title ever so slightly for a whole new meaning. One week it would be subtract a letter or add a word, etc. One of my very favorites was an add a letter week where "You're Having My Baby" became "You're Halving My Baby".
