I used to drink Ensure, but now I drink Boost... it's a little more reasonable at the food store. I only started drinking it per a request by my Dr. as I was losing weight. I never saw or felt any difference, but it has maintained my weight. Very, very important, chocolate is the best flavor. Hope this helped.

My daughter drank Ensure until she was a teenager. If we tried to sneak other nutritional drinks in sometimes she always knew it was different and wouldn’t drink it. Even if it was Ensure but had extra calories or extra fiber, nope. (She is physically and mentally disabled) It got quite expensive.

I decided to buy the Walmart brand, Equate, and poured it into a rinsed out Ensure bottle. She took a drink, said β€œThat not my Ensure β€œ but kept drinking it. Since that day she has drunk the Equate. I personally think that the Equate brand has a creamier, richer taste. The chocolate is her favorite, and mine, but she will drink any of them.

I didn’t like the Boost.

I drink Premier Protien, chocolate & my favorite is caramel. I've also tried Equate caramel & its ok but not as good as the Premier Protien.

I drink this too. But I have Type 2 Diabetes. I drink it for the protein and low carbs. Especially on days I don't feel like fixing a meal for myself.

I haven't noticed any difference in energy. It has helped my blood sugars.

I like chocolate the best. Carmel is second.

It is good for keeping blood sugars in check when you can't eat right.

Ensure on the days when I have no appetite for food, I can still get the Ensure down for some nourishment. And, um...chocolate. No contest...chocolate. Did I mention chocolate is the best? πŸ˜‚

I did not notice a difference as far as energy as I was sick at the time.

I do remember it not tasting good though.πŸ˜…

My mom drank a chocolate Boost and she lived until 98. I've never tried it.

I drink Ensure clear. I do not feel a difference as far as energy, however there’s an area on my body in which lacking protein hurts. When I get ensure clear in my system (told to me by my medical team), the area feels better. So it must do something.

They gave that to me in the hospital... l felt a really big difference being on it... or it could have been the drugsπŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ€£ but l think it had something to do with it, why l want to try this! Thanks for the input! πŸ€—πŸ’•πŸŒ
