Another day after a rough weekend, crap. Tired of these headaches and dizziness is the pits. I’m trying to struggle thru it and keep going but gets tough at times as you all know so well. All I can say is stay positive and move forward 🙏👍🏼😉

I hope you get relief from the dizziness and headaches soon. My wrist flareup caused extreme vertigo. It was terrible. Thankfully it eventually went away. I hope your symptoms go away too.

whenever I get sick or have a new pain I think OMG this is it, I’m never going to feel better. But (knock on wood) I’m always wrong. Being positive and talking myself out of thinking the worst helps. I hope your better soon, I really enjoy your posts everyday. We need you!

It's hard to be positive when you feel like "poop" (cleaned that up for ya!). Prayers for you, Kenu. Fervent prayers.

Try super hydrating, whatever it takes, water, a sports drink, lots and lots of ice tea. Forget the headache pills, (aspirin, Tylenol...). Focusing on hydrating did it for me. It's been so long I can't remember, since I had one. Can't hurt??? Lots of ice!
