Rain today and tomorrow but it’s an improvement over snow. Headache is a little less intense but still having dizziness 😵‍💫. Not sure yet about Nurtec will see 🤷‍♂️. Hope everyone is doing well and prayers for Kelly having her MRI tonight 🙏🙏👍🏼🤗

Have you tried the epley maneuver for the dizziness? I had it done a few years ago by a PT and it helped immensely. My vertigo has been acting up again and my chiropractor said he could do it for me. He had a patient with bad vertigo who he had come every day for a week but it finally got her vertigo to go away. He did it for me last week. Boy did I spin bad when he did it on my left ear. He said my eyes were darting back and forth like crazy. I need to go back again as it is a little better but still having it occasionally. I also take Gabapentin at night to manage the MS component of it. I think I have both the BPPV vertigo and MS vertigo.

I hope yours gets better, it is no fun! My chiropractors comment was vertigo and foot drop don't go well together 🤣

Yes I have been doing pt for almost a year with a little improvement. Been doing botox injections also which also helps a little bit but not where I need to be. Scheduled for 3 MRI’s on the tenth to see what it shows 🙏👍🏼😉

Enjoy the rain have you considered allergies as a cause of your headaches allergies are really bad this year even if you never had them before
