So begins my third month diagnosed with MS. Still not completely accepting this, but adapting. Simple things, like if I go counter clockwise around the livestock pens, when feeding, I shave almost 10 minutes off the time. Why? Right foot drag and the very slight slope of the land. Clockwise and foot drags with every step. Last year I didn’t even notice this! It’s been a long time since posting my last YouTube video. I have a story to share. I’m getting there.

Thanks for sharing your MS-hack! It took me longer than 3 months to figure out anything for myself, you're doing great! 🎉
I have a metal foot brace that I can wear under my foot (and in my shoe) that will mechanically prevent foot drop.
well done and very smart addition. Sounds like YOU are controlling your ms, not it controlling YOU.
🧡6 years & I can’t say I’ve “accepted” it. Live with it/deal with it/fight with it/give in to it seems to be the cycle.
Glad you’re been able to figure adjustments that work for you. Every win is a win 🏆
you're making great progress in a short amount of time. Keep finding ways to stay moving. it's the most important and best thing you can be doing.
just keep sharing. it really helps.🤗
