that is truly an accomplishment for us with MS...there are days that even though i am sitting down it takes several try's ...makes me so mad to be so slow at getting dressed....ahhahha...just our life right ...ha the leg still comes up ...hahahahha...have a wonderful day ...enjoy life for it is beautiful...full of wonder ...

Then: shower and wash hair and dressed in 45 min.. and ready to hit the road.. Now: a hour to shower in a chair and wash hair, another hr and half to get dressed to go out the door.. those were the days.. hahaha

in my 20's i first went for physio. i saw these 60 and 70 somethings running on treadmills and i could barely get through my 5 minute warm up on the recumbent because of the pain. very disheartening.😪
