Our neighbor has a cat that likes to come outside so when she sees someone outside at our house she runs over to get a pet. She will follow you to the house or run out ahead of you and then roll on the ground so you will pet her lol If she sees you in the kitchen, she will come up on the ledge and meow at you and rub against the window. Her family doesn't let her out when the weather is bad. She seems to stay between her house and ours and doesn't go close to the road. Her name is Smudge.
