Such uplifting wisdom was shared Jimeka, thank you for those encouraging words. We do have good days and not so good days, but cherish the ones that give you joy and share it with someone who may need an uplift. I've stressed over many things that right now - I can only attack one bill at a time, (dental work depressing, house repairs etc.) I just helped my neighbor and it made feel good, reflected and said this too shall pass; "it's gonna get better." I felt better by merely taking the focus off of me! No worries, I'm not praying in vain! I do believe that happiness and positive thinking is equally as important as all of these expensive meds we're all taking. I'm trying a little more happiness effective immediately!
Peace and Blessings

With you all the way. In our lives with ms there are too many negatives so when a positive happens no matter how small, we have to smile and enjoy the moment. Blessings Jimeka 🤗
Well said. You're right about needing to get outside of ourselves and help someone else. It's more blessed to give than to receive. And yet, we receive also when we give. Thanks NeeC. Peace and blessings to you too!
Well said. Getting out of yourself and helping others is in my opinion what this life is all about. It keeps us from being stressed out and takes us away from feeling the physical & the mental pain. You usually don't have to look very far to find someone that could use a little help, a shoulder to cry on or an ear that will listen. There are so many that need help and to few to help. Love your neighbor as yourself.
