For the baking soda, sea salt, and H2O, is it to be taken cold or warm? How much H2O should be used? Is this to be taken daily?

😍Ty for asking Kycmary! Missed U too, I have been doing wonderful, I finally got to see my daughter again after 25 yrs. I gave her up for adoption, & We're absolute besties friends now! 💗😍😍👍It went better than we could ever imagine, got to ride 2 twin white+blonde/orange paints horses in a trail ride.,so much fun being w/her for a whole week!
