Went to opthamologist today did some tests as other eye doctor I'm going to get MRI on the 31st with and without contrast...she said optic antropy isnt that the same as optic Neuritis? I'm so confused? If not is this also associated with ms?

Optic Antropy is a result of nerve damage. 🦋

Will this be your 1st MRI Shaunaice ? 🤔 MS is just confusing period. I have trouble with my eye all the time. Retrobulbar Optic Neuritis. But it never shows up in an MRI. So hang in there! We are here for you! 🤗💕

I never heard of it so I had to look it up, it's damage to the optic nerve. I found this website that describes it: medlineplus.gov/ency/articl...

if you are having an MRI take some Valium to pit you out and have somebody drive you there and home. Ask how many Tesla the machine rubs at, the higher the better, Ask for a copy of the report and the film. If they will make marks on the film that is good but not mandatory. DO NOI PANIC if it is ms, today in 2018 it is a very doable disease.
