Does this mean that I have to advocate for my very own health?
Does this mean that I should open my mouth and ask questions?
WHY, am I doing this?
What can I expect as a positive or a negative result?
Does this big question mark mean that I should question everything, until I receive an answer that I am comfortable with at 3 am in the dark by myself?
YOU, not me, nobody else, has to be with your thoughts in the dark of night, Do everything that YOU can to make YOU at 3 am able to sleep in peace. As YOU do that, YOU will be giving that 70-year-old YOU the tools that they need to continue to walk and thrive in their very long ms journey.
This is a generational illness. YOU should not die from it tomorrow, so YOU must get ready for a very long walk.

Prepare yourself, always prepare. Try not to be caught by this inconvenient trickster. Look at things in the long term not just in an hours time. For me a longer range view makes thee challenging bits now not quite so hard. Hours of Trigeminal Neuralgia are easier to cope with knowing "that to shall pass". It will come back, but I coped then, I can DO it again, and I always say. "if I could so can YOU, I will not be beaten I WILL get up again and again. WHY, because I CAN and if I CAN so CAN YOU.
This IS a DOABLE disease, just let YOURSELF start DOING, YOU, my friend are much stronger than YOU ever thought and YOU CAN. Trust me, trust YOURSELF YOU REALLY CAN.
