Great Suggestions, I know I have found that dreaming of my favorite beaches in Maui actually eases me and I sometimes fall asleep in the 3 hr. MRI's with/without contrast dye. The technicians were surprised when they pulled me out to put in the dye. 😊😴😴😴

I have fallen asleep a couple of times, but when I fall asleep my left leg twitches and they have to wake me up and redo a scan so I try to stay awake thinking of different things.
