Good morning KrittyKat60. I have been up since 4 am also. So much pain in the legs I couldn't sleep. Lately I have had a lot of sleepless mornings. Hope everything is going good for you.

Yes that is basically what woke me up as well, pain in my legs and feet. I too have been having a lot of restless nights and days of extreme fatigue. The jack of good sleep. And being well rested catches up with me very quickly after about 3 nights.

Same here. I don't really understand why my legs hurt me so bad. But I am guessing is has to do with my MS. I have learned that a lot of people with MS has leg pain. I also have a lot of back pain not sure if anyone else with MS has this problem. The fatigue is so bad at times, but I think the heat has a lot to do with that. I live in Florida and we do not have really cold weather here. I always look forward to January because that is when we have a few days of cooler weather.

Heat practically kills me. LOL. But the cold also wreaks havoc on my body. My neurologist told me the pain in my legs and the numbness and tingling in my hands and feet are due to the lesions I have in my spine although they are somewhat small it was the reason I began to experience those symptoms as I had not had them prior to him finding those in my MRI in 2013. I began noticing these symptoms about a year b/4 that. I had no idea that was even a related MS symptom at the time. Do you know if you have lesions in your spine?

Thank you RhondaK8930 l wish the same to you! Lol we have a few early morning raisers here, including me. Sleeping thru the night is not isn't on the agenda anymore lol. My legs bother me also. And your right it does seem to bother alot of people. Do you take Lyrica or gabapentin for it? It might be something to ask your Neuro about to help relieve some of the pain and tingling. As far as fatigue goes, l had a HUGE problem with it. I would sleep for days. After talking to friends on here and my support group and then with my PCP we decided on modafinil. It takes about 2wks to kick in and it works for about 5 hrs for me. So he upped my dose to two a day. It might be something you can talk your PCP or Neuro about. 😊

To me it's about quality of life. I got sick of sleeping it away. Lolol
