Are there risks associated with long term use of Revlimid?

I have been on Revlimid for over nine years. In 2019 I developed BAM (Bile Acid Malabsorption). I was prescribed Cholestid which helped with the diarrhea associated with BAM, but it caused me to develop GERD. Now I am taking several meds to deal with with this. Just wondering if this stream of events can be triggered by Revlimid.
