Evening all
Is anyone able to give me any idea what the result of my cytogenetics test (11;14, gain of 1q, loss of p53 and 16q) and a 'poor prognosis' really mean. I was diagnosed with MM 14 months ago and will be starting treatment soon. I'd like to understand as much as I can.
