Hi,

I am 56 years old man , Have been to a doctor before 10 days ago because of a cough that I had for about 10 days to get some medicine , no fever.

The doctor took a fast WBC test in his office but was worried for the results:

Netrophils 2.4

Lymphocytes 4.0 (high should be 3)

Monocytes 0.5

Eosinophiles 0,1

Basophils 0.7 (very high should be 0,02)

Now I am good after the cough , also , I have no symptoms of any desease whatever, doctor checked my lymphs and relevent organs for any hardness, all ok, he could not find anything

However, the doctor wants to take more tests through the lab (real bload tests) and investigate futher beacuse of these values

Can my cough causes these scores ?

Man thanks in advance!
