Just started using Actikerall lotion and tried warm water to remove it but no good. Help!!

Hi I've been using Actikerall for two weeks now and every morning I sit with my hand in hot water so I can get the previous day's application of, but no luck. I don't know what to do next, as I feel at the moment I'm just adding new into old. And to continue doing this I'll never get rid of these warts.
