I’m white female 75 I live in glasgow Scotland U.K. .I don’t goo out very much because of my health problems .I have Parkinson’s angina hiatus hernia skin problems mental health issues complex it’s nice to meet you I’ve not been on for few yrs .up till lockdown I was involved as volunteer with mental health organizations in glasgow I was a board member on that as well as voulounteers I’m also involved in group that works with health and social care glasgow and Clyde we volunteer with great many issues in health social care mental health gp and I am a member with lived experiences inn mental health and carers .we also do some research on wards of phyciatric wards in patient and general health practtishioners .such as podiatry budgets for services in social care interested in people with learning disabilities autism children and adults .passionate about nhs services and making sure patients and carers get right treatment and social care is well delivered to clients .also an interested in patients with dementia in nursing homes and at home pointing patients to right services they need and to people who can help wwith benefits for them as there is very little directions to go to when yoou need help with gp and benefits .

Hi Janette, you sound like a feisty brave woman doing a lot for your community but also sounds like Covid derailed your activities a bit. Appreciate you have a lot of health issues but is there a way you could get back to some of your volunteer work on mental health, taking it slowly until your own mental health is good?
