Tingling, burning, constriction and rash. Ideas?

Over the years I have had Tingling and crawling sensations which seem to start in my back but can feel all over. More intense will be constriction, burning, and sometimes pain which will result in a rash and this can occur anywhere as well but mostly Chest, back, and head. It can be intense and somewhat relieved by itching in the specific area. It can happen when not stressed and seems to be always there and nerve-related. , Higher the anxiety and the worse it gets which is now. While causing more anxiety. Doctors asked no answer, tests no answer, usually say stress but it can happen when calm. Doing detox type things may drive it sometimes, maybe allergens but eliminated many things. Will attached a photo, sorry but desperate for an answer if anyone has an idea

Looks sore and inflamed which spells possible infection so am surprised GP didn't suggest antibiotic cream or tablets?

Yes always a topical solution but my question to all is the internal symptoms and if anyone had a similar rash or issues and if they were diagnosed with an underlining problem

Try reading up on (cholinergic urticaria).Do you have issues sweating? Like a decrease?

Anhidrosis (Lack of Sweat) can also cause itching, tingling etc.
