It looks like it could be but I would go to a Dermatologist to have it checked out.

Remember normal acne will clear up. Fungal acne does not.

I’ve had it for 2-3 years and it gets itchy in the summer

The problem may be deeper, but consultation and analysis are the best solution. I don't want to scare you, but I've always been a big believer in making sure everything is okay. Sometimes acne is a consequence of incorrectly selected care or improper nutrition. Sometimes the problem can be deeper, such as skin cancer. With this disease, the first signs immediately appear on the skin and it is important to immediately consult a doctor as soon as you find something like this. This is how we discovered and stopped skin cancer in my loved one in time.
