help plz !

I’m not sure honestly what I have drs have ran blood test ct scan and nobody can explain why I’m having a painful tingling sensation through my legs very bad n now it’s creeping through my whole body I thought it was rls at first because I just want to move but now I’m wondering because none of the medications they’ve given me have worked … it’s been 12 days of not sleep no eating no nothing because I’m just in agony I am only 24 n have a 2 year old son but I can’t even take care of him I’ve missed his life for the past 12 days … I feel so hopeless because nothing is helping and I’m so lost .. idk if this could be fibromyalgia or what …
