'Dead' hands, achy finger joints and pins & needles

The last couple of weeks I've noticed my hands and fingers are seemingly to take it in turns to alternately go "dead".Then I get pins & needles! Is this fibro related?

Didn't even think it may link to fibro - doh, silly me.

Also been finding my hands and finger joints being particularly achy and painful.

Not sure if I should be considering a GP visit .... if I can get one.

I feel like such a hypochondriac
