Daily headaches and muscle spasms

Hi hope everyone is okay, I haven't been diagnosed with fibro but I do have endometriosis. I suspect I have fibro as I have daily headaches 😩 had them since June with sharp pain on my face aswell and I get horrible muscle spasms normally in my sides, sometimes legs and what feels like knots in my upper back. Always got a hot water bottle on the go, does anyone have similar symptoms?

I'm waiting for a head mri as been backwards and forwards to the drs for the headaches, blood tests and blood pressure is all normal.

hi Gem

I have muscle spasms and head aches amongst other symptoms but this is how I started, had the muscle spasms for years but only recently diagnosed. Voice your thoughts to your dr in my experience they can be slow to diagnose so give him a nudge
