Hi my friend is wondering whether they have developed fibromyalgia. Could you please advise

My friend has had a chronic back problem for 20 years. And recently developed hip pain . Mri showed nothing new. Bursitis at one stage.

New symptoms are now all over feeling of extreme pressure at joints and feeling really cold at times when it isn't.

Are these common symptoms please
