Had to ring 111 this morning as my pain has reached new levels.... spoke to gp and he said my gp would ring me between 8.45 and 9.25... they didn't ring until I chased them. His answer was to take tramadol Brill that will fix it. Hmm.. I have pain and throbbing in the back of my head going up and then down into my shoulders. Gp is useless and I don't know how much more I can take.

My heart goes out to you... The fibro journey is one of the most frustrating and painful ones to be on. The lack of understanding and compassion is unbelievable! I have gotten epidurals,trigger point injections,many different meds etc over the years of dealing with it... It's nothing short of a rollercoaster ride as you can only try to figure if and what you can do...Look for a knowledgeable pain management that is going to try to help you!
