Hi, I know this is a bit late to reply but I hope it would help you anyway.
My wife has fibromyalgia for 8 years now, and she used to get ketamine infusion when she was really really in bad condition, she used to admitted as a inpatient. The thing is she and her doctor both agreed that ketamine should be the last resort.
Also, she use 5% lidocaine patch sometimes.
