Hi,

Does anyone have issues with numbness? This is a first for me. My whole left side hasn’t felt right all of today. Goes between painful and numb. Some tingling also - this is mostly my fingers & toes.

I have little experience of fibro, but the fact that this is all one-sided doesn't sound right to me. I suggest you ring 111 and take their advice. Better safe than sorry!

Thanks polski. I spoke with the on call doctor & they reckon it’s a side effect to the Amitriptyline! It’s been wearing off through out the day. Gave me such a fright!

I should think it did! Glad you've got a satisfactory explanation, and that it is clearing up, but if you have further problems seek help again, just in case that initial diagnosis proves to be less than the whole story. Best wishes, Polski

I have had my legs go to sleep and numb and theres days ive had my arms go to sleep. I have done a gene test and found out that I have two mutations in the ACE gene. So I over produce angiotensin enzyme. Im starting to think that is what is causing my fibromyalgia
