oh my aching feet as well, along w tendinitis. I can not be on my feet for very long or walk very long, it is hard for me to just stand to do dishes a lot of the time. I have to take rests then go back to do more, then rest blah blah blah.

can I get a witness!!

I wear Asics walking/hiking shoes recommended by the podiatrist. I have fibro pain in feet complicated by hyper mobile joints, inter digital neuroma and plantar fasciitis. They don't look very trendy or fashionable but I am in excruciating pain wearing anything else. I have tried all sorts of shoes, clarks ecco and so on and I wouldn't go back now. They feel like your walking on a cushion. I couldn't recommend them enough. A good foot soak at the end of the day in Epsom salts, then rolling your feet on a spiked massage ball, Amazon, relaxes your feet and lessens the throbbing ache when you go to bed. Good luck I hope you find something that reduces your pain.
