vertigo

I have SPMS and started with vertigo (3rd day now) luckily don’t feel as nauseous today.

I tried Epley manoeuvre, but didn’t help.

Any suggestions please?

I actually found out I have MS because of vertigo, my first flare was mostly dizziness so bad I could hardly get around. Lasted for months. I still get dizziness every darn day. It's not as bad as it was, thank goodness. I don't really have much advice, just sending hugs 🫂 and sympathy 🧡 I've only had MS a little over a year now. But the vertigo has never gone away, I just have good days and bad days. I keep Zofran on hand for when the dizziness gets to the point where it makes me nauseated. I hope your dizziness goes away.
