Has anyone out there tried the really strict diet that eliminates all gluten, sugar and fatty meats? If so, has it helped? My step daughter has just been diagnosed with MS and she is terrified of taking any of the meds with all the side effects. Thank you!

I was diagnosed with celiac disease when I was a baby, when I was diagnosed with MS I was able to eat anything I'm not going back and all the side effects don't happen to most people be happy
