Greetings to all. I am having the most difficult time with balance. Not dizziness and it's not vertigo. I cannot sit on a chair (especially wooden) with the intense feeling I will fall off. I react as if I am actually falling, slamming my hands down on the table or grabbing anything around me while gasping. I can see I am not. It doesn't register in my brain though. Sleeping, same thing. I don't remember the last time I was able to eat dinner with my family at the dinner table. It used occur now and then. Now, it's always. I am so tired. My body is tired from hanging on for dear life during all these falls. Anyone else have this issue? Also, I did have my ears checked out hoping that was the issue.

My balance is terrible. I can sit without falling on the table, but standing at a sink is impossible. Walking is poor but so far unaided. I drag my left leg quite a bit. Shopping trolly does help when walking. I am scared to use a cane in case I trip over it as my coordination is terrible also. My typing looks like gibberish. Thankfully I have Grammarly to correct my spelling. My wrists are sore from bouncing off walls and hoisting myself upstairs.
