MRI result appointment brought forward

Hi i am seeing a neurologist to rule out MS, i have fibromyalgia, i had my first MRI, had my follow up appointment 4 months later, some spots on my brain which were dismissed as age spots. Dr ordered Another MRI so there was around 6 months between the two, had this on 5th january this year, follow up appointment made for May, but today i was called with a new appointment for this Monday as the Dr wants to see me. Aaaargh proper stressed about this now.

No point to this tbh just maybe others have had experienced a quick results appointment and can reassure me?

I am going to my first MRI appointment this month. I just spoke to my cousin who has been diagnosed for MS. She is on her eighth MRI. I too would like to know if it possible to go to an appointment, get an MRI and know one way or the other if you have MS? Would love to hear the process to pursue to get a correct diagnosis quickly.
