Strange . I've been pondering about this for a couple of days. It's on my arm . Second options welcome

Have you lent on something a bit hard and marked or light bruised your arm?

Not that I know of . Wierd how it's circles and the scratch type mark.

I will hazard a WAG - it looks like a possible minor hemorrhage from the edge of a short sleeve shirt or some similar edged object that contacted your arm. Sometimes with MPNs and on aspirin we get unexplained bruising from very minor contact. It used to happen to me a lot, particularly when my PLTs were higher.

That is, of course, nothing more than a guess based on a picture. Suggest that if this persists/happens again, talk to your care team. Could be some other weird skin thing.

Agree with both comments. But photo is hard to see. I would keep a close eye on it. If it changes or you get new spots go get it looked at, but maybe as simple as you leaned on something. Sometimes we don’t even hit things that hard to bruise. Hopefully it will just resolve.🤞
