hi lovely friends. Am currently taking pegsy injections 90 mg fortnightly now , I have have not a sore throat but feel like there is something in my throat when I swallow it hurts but not like a sore throat, and also I had my first nose bleed and have been getting headaches an migraine x any advice please xx

The symptoms you report sound like potential Pegasys adverse effects. As Mazcd suggests, a call to your MPN care team is indicated. Sooner would be better than later.
