I would suggest keeping a food diary , if CGyou feel it may be a cause

Put what you have had to eat that day . Symptoms , how you feel .,…

Sometimes reaction can take several days .

Maybe food , or not …. But diet defiantly

Can effect physical symptoms.

Underline any foods you think may be suspect so you can easily see a pattern . .

Im wondering if dark chocolate is contributing ☹️

At least that would be easy to test. . Lots of nice things to have as a treat instead .

But would be a pity as small amount is very good for you.

I have not has any itching since starting Ruxilinib fourteen months ago. You dons say if you are on any medication. I think the idea of keeping a food diary is a good one - you can then tell if any one or more foods make this worse. What does your haemo say?

When I did have it, I found that a hot bath and lots of moisturise helped - but not stopped it.

Keep us posted

They may not know, but I think with all the evidence out there that most people with an MPN is itchy, they should look into it. A trial would be good.
