Hope needed

Hiya. after searching for appropriate group to help. I think this may be it ? I eat a lot for emotional reasons, nothing I want to go into at the moment. I have bags of time on my hands......I do work full time nights. I do not need a lot of sleep never have done, so I have about 18 to 20 hrs awake.......long time to fill, usually with snacking. I have lots of other stuff I could be getting on with....just don't . I rather snack, which is why I am 4st over weight. With one partial knee replacement and another pending. I am my own worst enemy.
