Been clear for six years,back with a vengence!forgotten how aweful clusters can be,so debilitating.Any new treatments?

Hello Clancy, they are certainly extremely debilitating. I can offer a really useful factsheet here: migraineclinic.org.uk/wp-co.... It has an oxygen order form and good detail on treatments that we recommend. Come to see us though if the treatment you are currently on differs from this. We see a fair few cluster patients and you are likely to be your GPs only one as it is so rare, so our experience will be far greater.
