Worked really well for me. I was on for two years. I have cluster silent migraine, feel awful, dizzy, like travel sickness and flunarizine is the only drug that had any positive effect. Consultant said it’s really effective for migraines that effect balance.

Am off all meds now and been well ( not completely migraine free, but well). Expect I will get another bad spell and would defo ask for same drug again.

I was given that drug by my neurologist was on it for about a full year and my migraines kept coming so i was taken off I’m heading to see my neurologist this Thursday it’s been six months since I last seen him I think I’m being put onto Erenumab

Hi, I used it for a long time, not in a row, just for 2-3 months a year, as a migraine preventative, because the main trigger for my migraines is weather change. I live in Brazil and the worse weather is the tropical storm season. It used to work very well. Now I’m post menopause and migraines have changed patterns so still figuring out what to do.

Be aware that flunarizine can cause weight gain.

Dose was 10 mg at bedtime.
