Acupressure

Anybody have any positive experiences with acupressure? I started applying pressure on the back of the neck and just below cranium and so far has felt quite hopeful; a couple of migraines theatening but seemed to go after I'd tried it. Maybe not a cure but something that can lessen the pain. Anyway will keep on with the experiment to see if it makes a difference over time.

Hi yeah i used to get relief from doing that. I would lay on the floor and get my husband to apply as much pressure as possible to the cantre point just at the nape of my neck. It worked for a few times then got worse. Good luck 👍
