does anyone have info about diuretics to treat migraine? Ive noticed that I dont pee when I have an attack. I also used to get menstrual mig

Could it be that you're not drinking or eating as much? I go off everything (even drinking) during a migraine attack. So I have to force myself to drink. I particularly go off tea & coffee & try to sip some watered down cranberry juice every so often. but whatever you fancy really, just to keep the fluids up.

Boiled water and plain cream crackers with a smear of butter.is good for migraine. It helps with nausea and gives you something to throw up if it's going to happen anyway. Also useful for children with tummy upsets.

when youre in pain with a migraine youre prone to drink less, definitely try to drink more.
