Severe vertigo after 20 days of angioplasty.(diabetic)

Is there any treatment of vertigo(dizziness with vomiting)?My father has just undergone angioplasty 20 days back and everything was alright till day before yesterday. He is feeling dizzy and has been vomiting. He has suffered same type of illness about 6 years back. But as we are in lockdown due to corona scare we are not able to go to hospital straight away.

Please help
