How old are our members who visit the Action on Depression Forum
I suffer with emphysema and anxiety attacks can't get any help with out I have to pay and I am on state pension and to get counselling you only get so many under the nhs which is not enough
73, I suspect that 73 year old depressives who smoke reasonably heavily are rare (ish) and maybe can sometimes give good advice which is one of the reasons I reply to as many posts as possible.
Olderal (I am quite happy being old but "older"sounds perhaps more accurate )
50-80??!! Thanks for that...I'm 52 and have never been put in this category before! (Just a little joke, folks - no offence to my elders )
The 50 to 80 bracket is wide when other age ranges are smaller
I35-80
I don't mind getting older, I feel more comfortable with myself.
I was surprised at that !
16 and under?
It's an interesting graph but because the age categories that have been used vary in size so much, I think there's a risk that the graph creates a distorted picture of the group. An age category that covers 30 years is likely to contain more people than any age category that only covers a 5 year span (especially in an ageing population / society)!
Only one of my above statements is true.
