Ive worried about it lol. Fortunately no I haven't I would be embarrassed I think.
I've been on that situation once or twice on swimming hall as a teenager. It happened after climbing up from cold pool and went to then to warm shower.
What else embarrassed teenager can do?
I've noticed a few erections over the years at the gym I go to but I was not sure if it was a natural thing or someone looking for action.

I have had this issue my whole life. very easily get erections. I guess I shouldn't complain Im 62 and still get erections when I even think of sex LOL. So funny but embarrassing 2 yrs ago when the urologist looked at my penis after telling me to make marks when I want her to cut the foreskin I got hard on I said I was embarrassed she said NO this is actually helpful, so she gripped my shaft and went up and down to see how much movement there was I thought I was going to leave her a semen sample as well as only my wife has ever done that LOL True story : )
What is so surprising of getting erections it’s a male issue and it happen random and in the most awkward situation
I believe that it’s not only males that it happens to. It only show for us guys though, unless there’s someone looking very closely in the women’s changing room.
An ex of mine used to get random “mini boners”. Sometimes without any conscious thought of sex.
She used to get them when I phoned to say I was heading to her place. Those were definitely sex related though.
Life happens man. I've told some guys (from personal experience) if that erection comes on (sexual or otherwise) think of the worst smelling thing you can, while picturing the grossest thing you've seen in your mind. Trust that this thinking will stop the erection whether sexual or not! Keep your head up, 😉😉
I guess it depends on the person. It’s like flirting. It’s mostly about eye contact. If you’re not interested, Look away/walk away.
Yeah Happened to me a lot too especially after swimming in cold pools to warm showers. I just think of my mom and that pretty much destroys my erection! Ugh. Guess it's the master switch to turn off.
Yes I often have erections in the gym showers and lookers I don't do anything like hide it with a towel, and I have had guys looking

I can’t control mine. It gets hard oh well guess it’s up I just don’t point it out and ignore it. Cuz it’s a human body it’s normal if they have issues well that’s their issue lol

In my teens, we had to shower after PE. There was 7 or 8 of us in the shower and one of them sprung an erection. No one commented, surprisingly but it was the first time I saw another erection other than my own. I think most of us were too nervous seeing each other naked for the first time.

Assuming you’re showering with other adults, I doubt anyone’s gonna say anything or care. I used to spring in them in the shower a lot when I was in my 20s, and no one bothered me about it at most I’d get a chuckle or someone guilty looking away, so just don’t draw attention to it. Men know you don’t have control over blood flow, especially when you’ve just had an intense workout. Don’t make it a problem for them and they won’t for you. And of course, there’s always the dudes who like it, and they’re not gonna get offended either lol

You need to put it in context and realize that any guy that’s used to showering in public has seen many dicks other than yours and has had his dick seen by many others. We’re not in middle school anymore, in a gym, no one has time to worry about a random stranger’s dick size, unless he’s sexually attracted to you. (And by logical extension, if some guy *is* sexually attracted to you while seeing you naked, then clearly he doesn’t have a problem with your Dick size either. You can’t lose.) I know our younger years can traumatize us into having these kinds of concerns but most adults don’t have time to worry about getting enough attention for their own dick, let alone another guy’s.
