I ended up with bacterial meningitis and I was out of the hospital in two weeks but now suffer from epilepsy for the rest of my life but I know how hard it is recovering in the hospital and back home and I can give anybody advice if they have had BM in the past.

I'm 2 1/2 years out of bacterial meningitis diagnosis. We are all a support system for each other, as there are very few of us. I'm sorry you have epilepsy. I have memory problems and Arachnoiditis. I can no longer work. I do feel thankful to still be alive.
