Can't touch head to neck

Are there any neck injuries where you can't touch the head to the neck? Because I have been feeling off all day, I've had the shakes once, but no fever. And I thought I had sprained a shoulder muscle or something because I can't touch my chin to my neck. I don't have any other symptoms except that one. What should I do?

You need to see your GP. We are not medically trained on here, just people who have had, or know someone who has had, Meningitis. With Meningitis you would have an excruciating unbearable headache and a temperature. But if you think you might have Meningitis then you need to seek medical attention urgently.

Ok thanks. I have a slight headache but no temperature. I think I'll just go to bed and see if I can sleep it off.

I have had VM 3 times. Only time I ran a fever was first time. But the headache was sever all 3 times. Neck stiffness first time but very mild 2nd & 3rd time.
