Viral Meningitis

About 5 months ago I was in hospital with Viral Meningitis, I had a lumbar puncture and bacterial was found in my spinal fluid. Very luckily they caught it early enough. Since recovering I still get a lot of what seem like re occurring symptoms. I get a lot of migraines and neck stiffness which leads to me feeling very nauseous! Occasionally whilst having these migraines I’m very sensitive to light and sounds. There doesn’t seem to be any end to these and I am just wondering if anyone has any advice or even if anyone else is in a similar situation to me? As I am very much struggling and unsure where to go from here.
